The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
Upon full payment of the agreed project fee, all intellectual property rights for the custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the client. Town IT Solution retains the right to display the work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your consent, except when required by law. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before initial project discussions.
Payment terms, milestones, and invoicing schedules are defined in the project agreement. Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the outstanding amount is settled. Any expenses outside the agreed scope will be discussed and approved in advance.
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as defined in the SOW. Additional changes or scope expansions beyond the agreed deliverables will be handled as a change request and may affect the project timeline and cost.
Town IT Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
